Still Going Strong

In 2002, our CEO and Founder Caroline Seear decided to take a risk, and started Red Recruit. Nearly 16 years later we’re still going strong!

When asked why, Caroline commented:

“Right from the start and in those 16 years we’ve believe in being dynamic, agile and adaptable. Ever evolving our service and offerings to suit clients ever developing requirements and needs in this world of constant change. Over the last 16 years we have all seen a lot of change, from social media, Facebook for example started on February the 4th 2004! Videos once the rage in most homes has come and gone and so have companies such as Blockbusters because they didn’t see the change in time and if they did, they could not alter their course. Good old Woolworths has left the High Street too and Uber has changed the way we get taxis. So business evolution is inevitable. During these 16 years we have seen competitors come and go.” Said Caroline. Adding “Right from the beginning we wanted to give a very good service and constantly evolve and develop ourselves. I think that is the secret of success. If you don’t evolve, you become a dinosaur!”

2017 has been one of our most successful years as a whole, we’re not just talking profits, but the people who are now a part of the business and the new ventures such as Red Recruit Local that started as an idea at the beginning of the year (2017) and are now running themselves.

However, none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for our amazing clients, candidates, suppliers and of course, staff. Red have always focused on looking after all of our business, which includes suppliers too. This means that we are able to be consistent with our service levels, which has meant that over 80% of our business is from our clients that we have been doing business with for many years. All of whom we see more as friends than we do as business partners.

Over the years we’ve met and had the pleasure of working with some amazing people and we just wanted to say, thank you. Thank you for your business and thank you for just being you! We’re so excited to continue moving forward and hope that everybody has a successful 2018. We truly do appreciate all of you.
