Head of Expatriate Services
The Head of Expatriate Services/Assignment services will normally have oversight of the entire global mobility function and all staff within the teams globally. They will be responsible and accountable for the operational aspects of the mobility programme and its effectiveness across the business. They me be responsible for selecting vendors for the business and be involved in potential negotiations. They will also have overall responsibility for the mobility policy across the company and access if it is effective in its current form. These titles will also encompass management of the wider team, making sure the mobility teams are functioning, they may also handle high level escalations.
